Comparative analysis on hospitalization expenses of NVMS patients in county public traditional Chinese medicine and general hospitals in Anhui province

摘要 [目的]通过对安徽省县级公立中医院和综合医院常见疾病的新农合患者的住院费用进行对比分析,为控制医疗费用增长、优化医疗费用结构以及合理引导中医院发展提供科学依据。[方法]利用安徽省新农合医疗信息系统省级平台,抽取安徽省2012-2014年9所县级公立中医院和9所综合医院6种常见疾病的新农合患者住院费用的详细信息,采用SPSS 18.0进行统计描述和分析。[结果]共抽取新农合患者40,461例,其中县级公立中医院22,938例,综合医院27,043例。2012-2014年,中医院6种常见疾病患者住院总费用依次为:19,023.8元、11,216.7元、25,673.9元、5069.5元、10,907.4元、16,113.4元,综合医院6种常见疾病患者住院总费用依次为:19,757.5元、12,845.4元、34,568.4元、4360.9元、12,290.7元、15,902.3元。[结论]县级公立中医院大部分常见疾病住院费用低于综合医院,而平均增长速度高于综合医院且住院天数多于综合医院;药占比始终是县级公立中医院住院费用构成之首位,检查费占比仅次于药占比且逐年增长。 Objective Through comparative analysis on hospitalization expenses of NVMS patients with common disease in county public traditional Chinese medicine and general hospitals in Anhui province so as to provide scientific basis for controlling medical expenses growth, optimizing medical expenses structure and leading development of traditional Chinese medicine hospital reasonably. Methods Detailed information about hospitalization expenses in 9 county public traditional Chinese medicine and general hospitals from 2012 to 2014 was extracted respectively by utilizing the new rural cooperative medical information system provincial platform in Anhui province and statistical description and analysis was conducted by using SPSS18.0. Results Selected 40461 NVMS patients, 22938 cases were from county traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, 27043 cases were from general hospitals. From 2012 to 2014, six kinds of common diseases＇ hospitalization expenses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in turn was 19023. 8, 11,216. 7, 25, 673.9, 5069.5, 10, 907.4 and 16, 113.4 RMB, in general hospitals in turn was 19, 757.5, 12, 845.4, 34, 568.4, 4360. 9, 12, 290. 7 and 5902. 3 RMB. Conclusions The hospitalization expenses of common diseases in county public traditional Chinese medicine hospitals are lower than that of general hospitals. Drug costs remain high expenditure pattern, and the next is inspection fee and is increasing year by year.
