摘要
文章采用球团焙烧方法研究了转炉除尘灰替代膨润土生产酸性球团矿试验,对不同配比转炉除尘灰替代膨润土后生球的落下,生抗,干抗以及成品球的抗压强度和冶金性能进行了系统研究。研究结果表明,利用2%转炉除尘灰替代0.6%膨润土后生球和成品球的各项指标均满足高炉要求。
This paper does a research on the experiment of using converter dust instead of bentonite to product acid pellet by the method of pellet roasting . And a systemic research about the green ball down raw resistance, dry resistance and compressive strength and metallurgical properties of the finished ball after different ratio of converter dedusting ash instead of bentonite is also showed in this paper. The finding indicates that utilizing 2% converter dedusting ash instead of 0.6% bentonite can make the all indicators of green ball and finished fall meet the requirement of the blast furnace completely.
