摘要
本文报道了国境口岸3种不同类型输入性核辐射超标案的案例处置、过程解析与延升阅读,指出口岸核生化有害因子监测是一项系统工程,监测敏感性较强,对保障社会稳定与经济发展非常重要,思想上要坚持平战结合、预防为主的方针,不存有任何侥幸心理;成效上要坚持一点一滴、细节为先的理念,不漏过任何蛛丝马迹;监测上要坚持风险分析、联防联控的方法,不忽视任何有利因素。
The paper introduces the case disposition, procedure analysis and related readings of three different types of port imported excess nuclear radiation cases. It points that the surveillance of nuclear and biochemical factors is a systematic project, which has a strong sensitivity and is important for economic development and social stability. On the thought, we need combine peacetime with wartime, insist the prevention principle, and never have any fluke mind. As for effect, we should put detail first and accumulate gradually. By ways of prevention and control and risk analysis, do not ignore any favorable factor for further surveillance.
