摘要 针对传统的机械系统可靠性分析不准确的问题,将经济学中应用广泛的Copula函数引入到机械系统可靠性分析中,建立了某履带车辆悬挂装置边缘分布函数及系统可靠度模型,通过对模型简化并分析,得到了某履带车辆在G级路面3挡工况行驶时行驶里程与系统可靠度之间的关系,与扭力轴单个失效模型对比,系统可靠度模型能够对车辆维护保养周期做出准确判断,为机械系统可靠性研究及寿命预测提供了重要参考价值。 Aiming at inaccurate analysis about the reliability of traditional mechanical systems, the Copula function widely applied in economics is introduced to the analysis of mechanical system reliability, establishing the edge distribution function of a tracked vehicle suspension and the system reliability model. By simplifying and analyzing the model, the relationship between the running mileage and the system reliability of a tracked vehicle with 3 shift running in the G level road is carried out. Compared with single failure model of torsion shaft, the system reliability model can make an accurate judgment on the vehicle maintenance cycle, which provides an important reference value for mechanical system reliability research and life prediction.
