摘要
文献计量法利用数学和统计学方法,定量地分析知识载体,有助于对研究对象本身以及关于其对象的研究进行反思,发现研究问题,预测发展趋势。利用Bicomb书目共现分析系统、Ucinet社会网分析软件和SPSS统计软件三种文献计量工具,对教育信息化评估研究进行可视化分析发现:国内教育信息化评估研究主要集中在教育信息化评估的实践、评估模型与方法,以及指标体系构建三方面。其中,评估指标体系在研究中处于核心地位,实践研究处于边缘地位。另外,在研究领域方面,研究者比较关注高等教育领域信息化评估,而对学前教育、职业教育、特殊教育等领域的评估较为忽视。通过网络文献和新闻报道相印证发现,地方教育行政主管部门和各级学校已经逐渐开展教育信息化的评估研究和实施工作,且卓有成效。教育信息化评估研究未来应注重均衡评估涉及的领域,关注实践,关注新思路、新方法、新工具的应用,发展和完善各类评价指标体系以及评价工具。
Bibliometrics utilizes mathematical and statistical methods to analyze knowledge quantitatively,which helps to reflect on the objects of study and research itself in this field, thus to discover research questions andreveal development trends. By using Bicomb bibliographic co-occurrence analysis system, Ucinet social networkanalysis software and SPSS statistical software, this paper made a visual analysis on the evaluation of educationalinformatization. It finds out that domestic educational informatization assessments mainly focus on three aspects: thepractice of educational informatization assessment, evaluation model and methods, as well as evaluation frameworkor system. Among them, the evaluation system is at the core of research, while practical research is marginal. Inaddition, in the level of education, researchers pay more attention to informatization evaluation of higher education,while pre-school education, vocational education, special education and other areas are not hot spots. Througharticles and news reports online, it is found that the local education administration and schools at all levels in Chinahave gradually carried out the implementation and evaluation of education informationization, thus have achievedlots of fruitful results. In the future, we should balance fields of evaluation, pay more attention to the practice,application of innovative ideas, new methods and tools, develop and perfect various evaluation system and tools.
