卵巢成熟性囊性畸胎瘤鳞癌变1例报道 被引量：5

摘要 1病例简介患者,女,52岁,绝经2年,因＂下腹痛1月＂于2015年8月7日收住院。2015年7月患者自觉下腹胀痛不适,程度轻,呈间歇性,休息后可缓解,活动或劳累后加重。2015年8月6日超声示：绝经后子宫,子宫右后方见一约115mm×77mm×96mm大混合性包块,边界不清,内回声杂乱,大部分呈实性,内部分呈囊实性回声,
