摘要
目的了解艾滋病(AIDS)患者抗病毒治疗服药的依从性及影响因素。方法对乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区2006年9月-2013年12月接受抗病毒治疗的216例AIDS患者作为研究对象,对患者的服药情况进行问卷调查,分析患者服药依从性的影响因素。结果经分析发现,依从性好、依从性不好的2组患者的婚姻、居住情况、对药的用量、用法、抗病毒治疗相关知识的知晓情况、最近的服药情况、朋友或家人对按时服药的提醒情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市水磨沟区艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗的服药依从性受婚姻、居住、用药治疗相关知识、最近服药、服药提醒的影响。
Objective To investigate the compliance and influencing factors of antiviral therapy in patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods Two hundred and sixteen HIV/AIDS patients in Shuimogou District, Urumqi City, who received antiviral therapy during September, 2006 and December, 2013 were selected as the research subjects. The patients＇ medication status was surveyed by a questionnaire, and the factors influencing the patients＇ medication compliance were analyzed. Results The analysis revealed that there were statistically significant differences in marriage, living condition, the awareness of drug dosage, usage and antiviral therapy related knowledge, recent medication status and the situation of timely medication reminder offered by friends or family members between the good compliance group and the poor compliance group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusions The medication compliance of antiretroviral therapy of the HIV/AIDS patients in Shuimogou District, Urumqi City is influenced by marriage, residence, the medication-related knowledge, the recent medication and medication reminder.
