摘要
在回顾中外游客满意度测评相关文献的基础上,本文构建了游客生态旅游满意度多层次测评指标体系,并利用因子分析法对指标体系进行定量分析,通过提取生态保护、旅游景观、旅游价格、生态体验、配套设施、旅游服务与管理6个公因子,分析各因子对游客满意度的影响程度,旨在为生态旅游企业有针对性地改进产品、制定经营策略提供理论依据。
Based on reviewing the related research of domestic and foreign tourists' satisfaction assessment, the paper builds a multi-level evaluation index system of tourists' satisfaction in Eco-tourism, and analyzes quantitatively these indicators with factor analysis method. Then by extracting six common factors, which are ecological protection, tourism landscape, tourism prices, ecological experience, supporting facilities, tourism services and management, the paper analyzes influence degree of each factor on tourist satisfaction to provide suggestions for ecological tourism enterprises to improve product and establish business strategy.
