摘要
为研究异常黑胆质调节药和成熟药对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑菌活性,分别筛选10味属于异常黑胆质调节药和异常黑胆成熟药,并以乙醇和水为溶媒分别进行提取,通过体外抑菌试验,检测引起奶牛乳房炎常见致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、链球菌的抑菌作用。结果表明,欧烟堇水提物对3种致病菌均具有广谱的抗菌作用,达到中敏,抑菌圈直径为12.60mm±0.62mm^10.45mm±0.33mm。甘草和欧烟堇醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径为18.03mm±0.60mm^18.77mm±0.21mm。本试验为研究治疗奶牛乳房炎维药制剂及抗菌维药的开发提供科学依据。
To study the Abnormal Savda Munziq and Mulayyin medicine against pathogenic bacteria of cow mastitis in vitro,water extracts and alcoholic extracts were taken from 10 kinds of single herbals.The inhibition effect of different extracts to the main pathogens of cow mastitis（Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae）were observed in vitro.The results showed that,the water extract of Fumaria officinalis had broad spectral antibacterial activity on the all kinds of pathogens of cow mastitis,and the sensitivity is moderate,the range of antibacterial diameters was 12.60 mm±0.62 mm-10.45mm±0.33 mm.The alcoholic extracts of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Fumaria officinalis were more effective on the inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus,the range of antibacterial diameters was 18.03mm±0.60mm-18.77mm±0.21 mm.This study provided a scientific basis for the development of traditional Uighur medicines in the external treatments of the mastitis in dairy cows and antibacterial medicines.
