摘要
目的研究护理干预在静脉穿刺拔针不良反应中的应用。方法选取2015年3月-2016年3月我院门诊收治的600例行静脉输液的患者,将所有患者简单随机化分为两组,观察组300例,对照组300例。观察组患者采取护理干预,对照组患者给予常规拔针的护理。静脉穿刺拔针后,对比两组患者静脉穿刺拔针后不良反应（明显疼痛、出血、瘀斑、皮肤破损）的发生概率。结果观察组患者拔针后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论采取护理干预后明显降低静脉穿刺拔针不良反应发生率,具有重要意义,护理效果显著,可提高静脉输液的工作质量。
Objective To study the application of nursing intervention in the adverse reaction of intravenous puncture needle aspiration. MethodsSelected from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital outpatient treatment of 600 patients with intravenous infusion of patients, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 300 cases, 300 cases of the control group. Observation group patients to take care of the intervention, control group patients were given conventional acupuncture nursing. The vein puncture needle, compared 2 groups of patients with venous puncture needle after adverse reactions（obvious pain, bleeding, bruising, skin damage probability）. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, P0.05. Conclusion Taking care of nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reaction of intravenous puncture needle, which is of great significance.
