摘要
目的探讨十二指肠镜联合腹腔镜治疗肝外胆管结石的围手术期护理方法。方法对2014年1月-2016年6月在我科收治的29例胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石的患者采用双镜联合治疗,术前做好有针对性的宣教,术后严密观察及有预见性的护理。结果 29例患者均成功行ERCP,3例患者术后出现血淀粉酶的一过性增高,经过对症治疗后3-4天好转,无胆管炎、出血及穿孔等并发症的发生,29例患者均通过双镜联合治疗顺利出院。结论双镜联合治疗是一种有效的治疗方式,加强围手术期护理,可为手术成功提供重要保证。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for the treatment of extrahepatic bile duct stones by duodenal endoscopy and laparoscopy. Methods From January 2014 to June 2016, 29 cases of cholecystolithiasis and extrahepatic bile duct stones treated in our hospital were treated by endoscopy combined with treatment, preoperative targeted education, postoperative close observation and nursing foresight. Results 29 cases with ERCP, 3 cases had blood amylase appeared after surgery increased 3 to 4 days after symptomatic improvement after treatment, no cholangitis, bleeding and perforation and other complications, 29 patients were discharged smoothly through the double mirror combined treatment. Conclusion Double mirror combined therapy is an effective treatment, to strengthen perioperative care, can provide an important guarantee for the success of surgery.
