摘要
目的探讨骨外科快速康复(FTS)结合中西医护理模式应用于全髋关节置换老年患者围术期的临床疗效。方法选取行全髋关节置换术老年患者30例,依据医疗组别分为实施FTS结合中西医护理模式(干预组15例)和常规护理模式(常规组15例)。比较两组患者围术期疗效及满意度。结果干预组手术时间、出血量、并发症发生率、护理干预天数、术后疼痛消失时间均低于常规组(P<0.05);2组随访满意度比较,干预组满意度优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论骨外科FTS结合中西医护理模式应用于老年全髋关节置换术,能缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血、术后并发症及术后疼痛,加快术后康复,提升服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation（FTS） combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine nursing mode in the perioperative period of total hip replacement in elderly patients. Methods 30 cases of elderly patients with total hip replacement were selected, according to the implementation of FTS combined with Chinese and Western medicine nursing mode（15 cases） and conventional nursing mode（15 cases）. The perioperative efficacy and satisfaction of the 2 groups were compared. Results Operation time, amount of bleeding,incidence of complications, number of nursing intervention days and postoperative pain disappeared in the intervention group were lower than those in the conventional group（P0.05）. Compared with the routine group（P0.05）, the satisfaction of the 2 groups was better than that of the routine group. Conclusion Bone surgery application of FTS combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing model on total hip replacement in the elderly, patients can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications and postoperative pain, rapid postoperative rehabilitation, improve service satisfaction.
