摘要
目的分析双下肢深静脉造影术的护理措施,为此类患者提供一种高效可行的新方案。方法将双下肢深静脉造影术患者70例分为两组,对照组35例患者接受常规护理,观察组35例患者综合护理。对比两组患者造影结果,并对比心理状态、造影术完成情况,统计术后并发症发生率。结果两组护理后焦虑和抑郁评分均较护理前大幅度降低,护理后观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组造影配合情况与并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在双下肢深静脉造影术中引入综合护理能够显著改善患者心理状态和配合情况,作用效果理想。
Objective To analyze the effect and nursing measures of double lower limb deep vein angiography, and to provide a new effective and feasible solution for this kind of patients. Methods 70 cases of double lower limb deep vein angiography were divided into two groups, 35 patients in the control group received routine care, the observation group of 35 cases of comprehensive nursing. Compared the two groups of patients with the results of the contrast, and the psychological state, the contrast of the completion of the statistics, the incidence of postoperative complications. Results The two groups after nursing anxiety and depression scores were lower than before treatment significantly reduced, nursing observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）; the observation group contrast with the incidence of complications and no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion In the double lower limb deep vein radiography, the comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the patient＇s psychological state and coordination, and the effect is ideal.
