摘要
目的对优质护理服务模式在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的运用进行研究分析。方法本次的研究对象是我院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组40例和对照组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理,另一组患者实施优质护理服务模式（研究组）,观察对比两组妊娠期高血压疾病患者护理后并发症发生率及护理前后生活质量评分状况。结果研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,P〈0.05;研究组护理后生活质量量表评分（81.61±10.20）分比对照组更高,P〈0.05。结论采用优质护理服务对妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行护理,能有效降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the application of high quality nursing service model in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods The study was conducted in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016, 80 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 40 cases and 40 cases. The control group was treated with routine nursing, another group of patients with the implementation of high quality nursing service（Study Group）, were compared between two groups of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy complications before and after nursing rate and nursing quality of life score status. Results The incidence rate of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group, P0.05, the study group nursing quality of life scale score（81.61±10.20） was higher than that of the control group, P0.05. Conclusion Nursing care of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life by using high quality nursing service.
