摘要
目的探讨护理干预对COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者无创呼吸机治疗依从性的影响。方法 COPD合并呼吸衰竭使用无创呼吸机的患者104例按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各52例,对照组给予一般常规护理,观察组在一般常规护理的基础上给予护理干预,比较两组患者对治疗依从性。结果观察组的治疗依从性优于对照组,两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预用于COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者可提高患者对无创呼吸机相关知识的掌握,提高了治疗的依从性。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with COPD complicated with respiratory failure. Methods The use of COPD combined with respiratory failure in 104 cases of invasive ventilation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group based on routine nursing on the nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients on treatment compliance. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with COPD combined with respiratory failure can improve patients＇ knowledge of non-invasive ventilation, improve the compliance of treatment.
