摘要
目的探讨锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法纳入我院2014年1月~2016年1月骨科收治的100例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法均分为两组,研究组50例给予锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,对照组50例给予单纯螺钉钢板内固定治疗,比较两组临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗优良率为96.00%（48/50）,对照组为76.00%（38/50）,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组术后的并发症发生率为4.00%（2/50）,对照组为26.00%（13/50）,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锁定加压钢板内固定治疗治疗四肢骨折的疗效确切,较单纯螺钉钢板内固定而言,可显著提高治疗效果,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 100 cases of fractures of the limbs were treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016, all the patients were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table. 50 patients in the study group were treated with locking compression plate internal fixation. The other 50 cases in the control group were treated with simple screw plate fixation, the clinical effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment was 96.00%（48/50） in the study group and 76.00%（38/50） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications was 4.00%（2/50） in the study group and 26.00%（13/50） in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Locking compression plate internal fixation treatment of limb fractures of the exact effect, compared with simple screw plate fixation, can significantly improve the treatment effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
