摘要
目的：观察千金二陈四妙汤（千金苇茎汤、二陈汤、四妙散）治疗原发性痛风的临床疗效。方法：将本院收治的痛风患者60例随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予秋水仙碱联合别嘌醇治疗,治疗组给予千金二陈四妙汤治疗,急性期配合秋水仙碱1~2天,观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：两组治疗后证侯积分、UA积分、CRP评分均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05）,组间比较差异性显著（P〈0.05）。结论：千金二陈四妙汤健脾除湿泄浊化瘀定痛,急性期配合秋水仙碱治疗原发性痛风疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of classic prescription with turbidity-cleansing effect combined with Important Two Matured Substances and Wonderfully Effective Four Decoction （Important Phragmites Stem Decoction, Two Matured Sub- stances Decoction, Wonderfully Effective Four Decoction ） on primary gout. Methods ： Totally 60 patients with gout treated in this hospital were randomized into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Control group were given Colchi- cine combined with Allopurinol. Treatment group were given Important Two Matured Substances and Wonderfully Effective Four Decoction for the treatment and combined with Colchicine for 1-2 days in acute phase. The clinical effects of both groups were ob- served. Results： The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group. Conclusion： Important Two Matured Substances and Wonderfully Effective Four Decoction can strengthen the spleen, remove dampness, cleanse the turbidity, resolve blood stasis and check pain. In acute phase, the combination with Colchicine can achieve the effect of treating both superficial symptoms and root cause. This prescription is significant in effects and can remarkably improve the CPR.
