摘要
目的:观察柴附解郁方联合米氮平片对肝郁气结型抑郁症患者血清去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenaline norepinephrine,NE)、5-羟色胺(5-serotonin,5-HT)水平的影响。方法:选取2012年11月-2013年9月在新乐市中医医院就诊的肝郁气结型抑郁症患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予米氮平片口服治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加服柴附解郁方治疗。两组患者治疗前、治疗4周后和治疗8周后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,并检测治疗前后两组患者血清NE、5-HT表达水平。结果:治疗4周、8周后,研究组HAMD评分、HAMA评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,研究组血清5-HT、NE水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周、8周后,研究组有效率分别为82.50%、92.50%,对照有效率分别为77.50%、82.50%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴附解郁方联合米氮平片能明显减低肝郁气结型抑郁症患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分,升高血清NE、5-HT水平,改善抑郁患者症状。
Objective:To observe the influence of Chaifu Depression-Relieving Prescription combined with Mirtazapine on the levels of NE and 5-HT in the serum of patients with depression due to liver qi stagnation. Methods : Totally 80 patients with depression due to liver qi stagnation treated in Xinle City Hospital of Chinese Medicine between November,2012 and September,2013 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given oral administration of Mirtazapine while research group were added with Chaifu Depression-Relieving Prescription. Before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment ,the scores of HAMD and HAMA were determined and the expression levels of NE and 5-HT were detected. Results : Four weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in research group were better than these in control group ( P 〈 0.05) ; the levels of 5-HT and NE in the serum in research group were better than these in control group (P 〈0.05) ;the effective rates in research group were respectively 82.50% ,92.50% and effective rates in control group were respectively 77.50% ,82.50%, research group better than control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Chaifu De- pression-Relieving Prescription combined with Mirtazapine can significantly lower the scores of HAMD and HAMA ,raise the lev- els of NE and 5-HT in the serum of patients with depression due to liver qi stagnation,and improve their symptoms.
