摘要
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散合半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)肝胃郁热证的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年4月—2014年12月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院内科收治的120例CAG患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,除去脱落和失访,对照组完成58例,观察组完成56例。对照组给予西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予柴胡疏肝散合半夏泻心汤加减治疗。结果:观察组有效率为91.07%,对照组有效率为77.59%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝胃郁热证评分、胃镜下黏膜病变评分(大体分级和部位分级)均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后黏膜炎症、炎症活动度、腺体减少和肠上皮化生评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论:柴胡疏肝散合半夏泻心汤加减治疗CAG肝胃郁热证疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder Plus Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Methods： Totally 120 patients with CAG treated in this hospital between April, 2013 and December, 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. There were 58 cases in control group completed, while 56 cases in observation group completed ex- cept for cases dropping out and losing follow-up. Control group was tmated with routine western medicine while observation group was additionally given Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder Plus Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction. Results ： The effective rate was 91.07% in observation group and 77.59 % in control group; observation group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the scores of depressed heat in liver and stomach syndrome and endoscopic mucosal lesion in observation group than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of mucosal inflammation, degree of inflammatory activity, glands re- ducing and intestinal metaplasis in observation group were better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. There were no signifi- cant adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion： Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder Plus Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction had remarkable therapeutic effect on CAG.
