摘要
目的:比较穴位注射与经椎旁椎间孔注射参麦注射液治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:64例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为穴位注射组和椎间孔注射组各32例,两组均给予整脊疗法,穴位注射组给予穴位注射治疗,椎间孔注射组给予经椎旁椎间孔注射药液,药液均为参麦注射液3 m L、2%利多卡因1 m L、曲安奈德10 mg。通过评估两组患者治疗前后JOA评分及VAS评分,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:穴位注射组和椎间孔注射组治疗前后组内JOA评分、VAS评分有显著性差异,两者间JOA改善指数、改善率比较椎间孔注射组显著优于穴位注射组,两组间VAS评分比较无显著性差异。结论:运用穴位注射与经椎旁椎间孔注射疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症,两者均可改善患者JOA评分及VAS评分,而后者改善JOA评分效果更显著。
Objective： To compare the curative effects Between Point injection and the vertebra intervertebral foramen injection in treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion Methods ： Sixty - four patients with lumbar disc disease were randomly divided into the point injection group and the intervertebral foramen injection group, with 32 cases in each group. The ones in both groups were first treated with spinal rotation massage, then the ones in point injection group were given point injection, while the ones in interverlebral foramen injection group were given intervertebral foramen injection. The two groups used the same drugs including 3ml of Shenmai Injection, lml of lidocaine with 2% density, and 10mg of triamcinolone acetonide. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared by judging JOA score and VAS score before and after the treatment. Results： JOA score and VAS score within eaeh group before anti ＇after the treatment had significant difference; But the JOA improvement index, im- provement rate of the intervertebral foramen injection group were much better than those of the point injection group. In terms of VAS score, the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion ： Both point injection and intervertebral foramen injection can improve JOA and VAS scores of patients with lumbar disc disease, and the former has better effect on improving JOA score.
