摘要
河南某造纸企业主要生产废水为纸浆清洗工序产生的中段废水,随着造纸原料结构的改变和新排放标准的颁布实施,该企业需对原有废水氧化沟处理工艺进行改造。简要介绍了原有工艺运行情况、工艺改造思路(在预处理和好氧处理之间增设厌氧处理系统,末端增设化学处理系统)、改造工艺的设计参数及改造后的工艺运行情况。改造后出水水质可以满足《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)。
The main production wastewater of a papermaking enterprise in Henan Province is mid- die-stage wastewater from the pulp washing process. With the change of the papermaking raw material structure and the promulgation and implementation of the new emission standard, the enterprise needed to retrofit the original oxidation ditch treatment process. The original process operation, the thinking of process retrofit (adding anaerobic treatment system between pretreatment and aerobic treatment and adding chemical treatment systems at the end), the design parameters of the retrofit process and the process operation after the retrofit were introduced. After the retrofit, the effluent quality could meet the requirements of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry ( GB 3544 -2008).
