摘要
文章使用全球反倾销数据库和联合国贸易数据库的匹配数据,以对华反倾销案件作为研究对象,运用双重差分法经验分析了反倾销对出口规模和出口价格的影响及动态变化。研究结果表明:较短时期内,反倾销对被诉国出口规模存在抑制效应,对被诉国出口价格存在短时间的提升作用,然而以上效应在较长时期内均不明显。一般而言,反倾销初裁对反倾销前一期、当期和下一期出口规模存在负向影响,且在后一期负向影响达到最大值;相反,反倾销对出口价格存在正向影响效应,对前一期、当期和下一期的影响大致相同,然而对于两期及以后的影响系数逐渐下降,甚至在较长期间内造成了出口价格的下降。
Because of the demonstration effect,chilling effect and adverse incentive Effect,the long-term or short-term effects of Antidumping on export scale and price are not certain. By the difference-in-difference model,we use the matched data from Global Antidumping Database( GAD),UNcomtrade Database and real world cases to study anti-dumping' s effects and their dynamic trends. We find that anti-dumping has negative effects on export scale but positive effects on export price in the short-term,while in the long term all the effects are not obvious. Further to say,the preliminary determination of anti-dumping has negative effects for the former one period,current period and later one period,and there is the negative maximum in the later one period. On the contrary,anti-dumping's positive effects on export price in the former one period,current period and later one period are roughly the same,but for the later two and more than two periods,the positive effects decline,even to negative effects in the long term.
