摘要
目前,变螺距螺杆的加工存在工艺繁琐、精度不高等问题。以灌装机变螺距螺杆为例,对数控车床进行C轴功能改造,使得主轴旋转轴具备精确定位的C轴功能。根据零件结构特点,设计工艺路线,优化切削路径,利用C轴技术建立圆柱加工模型,开发相应的加工程序。变螺距螺杆的C轴数控加工工艺与传统加工工艺相比,提高了效率,保证了零件的加工精度及表面质量。
The process of machining varying pitch screws is complicated and low precision now. Taking the screw of filling machine as an example, the C-axis function is transformed based on NC lathe which make the rotary shaft of the spindle have pinpoint function. On the basis of the structural characteristics of the component, the process route and cutter path are optimized, then according to the C-axis technology, a cylindrical processing model was set up, and corresponding program was gene-rated. Compared with tradition machining methods, the machining efficiency is improved and the machining precision and surface quantity are ensured by using this method.
