摘要
阐述了金属折弯行业的发展现状,设计了一套机器人辅助折弯柔性生产线,提出了机器人折弯工具坐标系的建立方式与技巧,形成了较为可行的自动对中算法,提高了折弯的精度,分析了折弯跟随的机理,达到了自动跟随折弯的目的。
Elaborated the developing situation of mental bending field;a flexible robot bending production line was designed. And some skills about the tool coordinate constructing were introduced. At the same time, a set of automatic centering algorithms was formed, which plays an important role on improving the bending precision. According the above, analyzed the mechanism and the goal of following bending automatically has been achieved.
