摘要
粪肠球菌是乳酸菌的一类，是人和动物肠道中重要菌群之一。粪肠球菌在动物生产的应用越来越广泛，能够调控肠道菌群平衡，增强机体免疫力，提高饲料利用率。本文综述了粪肠球菌的作用机理以及在动物生产中的应用。
Enterococcus faecalis is a kind of lactic acid bacteria. It is one of the important bacteria in the intestinal tract of human and animal. Enterococcus faecalis is widely used in animal production. It can adjust the balance of intestinal flora, enhance the body immunity, and improve the feed conversion rate. This paper reviewed the mechanisms and application on animal production of Enterococcus faecalis.
