摘要
茅莓喜光、耐旱、抗寒,在我国分布广泛,是优良的水土保持植物。测试表明,茅莓果实的蛋白质及有机酸含量高于各种栽培水果,维生素c、矿质元素、氨基酸含量也远高于绝大部分栽培水果。除果实鲜食外,其叶、花、茎等器官均有较高的药用价值和工业用途。
Rubus parvifolius Linn. which is widely distributed over China is characterized by Light-loving, drought resistance and cold endurance. It's a fine plant for Soil and water conservation. It is indicated by experiments that protein and organic acid content are higher than that of any other fruits. Vitamin C ,mineral ele- merits and amino acid are much higher than that of the most other fruits. Its fresh fruit is eatable,besides,its leaf,flower and stem possess high medical value and industrial use.
