摘要
运用数值升力面理论设计25 000吨级油船螺旋桨,配以毂帽鳍的优化设计研究。经模型试验验证:螺旋桨机桨的匹配性能良好,推进效率高,空泡性能和脉动压力满足设计要求,具有高效低振的优点。设计的毂帽鳍具有明显的节能效果。
The Propeller Boss Cap Fins(PBCF)for a 25 000 toil tanker is designed with numerical lifting surface theory.The model tests show that the performance of the design propeller matches the main engine well.The ati-cavitation performance and the fluctuating pressure meet the design requirements.The design features high efficiency and low vibration.The PBCF design by phase angle optimization has obvious energy-saving effect.
