摘要
建立了某12米全承载客车气瓶顶置整车模型,根据正交设计思想对满载弯曲工况施加载荷,并进行有限元仿真分析,同时对选取样车进行整车产品定型实验,双向验证结果表明,气瓶顶置后整车车身骨架强度与刚度达标,满足设计要求。
This paper establishes a 12 meter full load bearing bus' cylinder overhead vehicle model, does the finite element simulation analysis according to the orthogonal design for the fully loaded bending condition of 〈 load, does the vehicle product setting test for the selected sample vehicle, two-way verification results show that the recovery after the bottle top vehicle body frame strength and stiffness meets the design requirements.
