摘要
目的:通过建立及应用"分段式教学"质量监控体系,促进临床教学质量的继续改进和提高。方法:建立临床教学质量管理体系,自行设计3种临床教学质量评价表,于2009—2013年,每个学期结束后,对每位理论代课老师及见习带教老师、实践带教科室进行评价。结果:学生对理论授课教师及见习带教老师的满意度显著增加,代课及见习带教老师的教学意识显著提高。结论:系统的临床教学质量评价能全面评价临床教学质量,增加理论授课教师及见习带教老师对教学的重视度,加强教学竞争意识,提高临床教学质量。
Objective: To improve clinical teaching quality continuously by establishing and applying quality control system of sectional teaching. Methods: Clinical teaching quality management system was built. And from 2009 to 2013, by the end of every semester, each theory supply teacher, probation clinical teacher and clinical de- partment for practice were evaluated with three kinds of clinical teaching evaluation forms designed by ourselves. Results: Students' satisfaction obviously increased about theory supply teachers and probation clinical teachers. What's more, those teachers' teaching consciousness greatly improved. Conclusion: Systematic clinical teaching quality evaluation can assess the teaching quality thoroughly, promote those teachers to pay more attention to the teaching, and reinforce their competitive consciousness, and improve clinical teaching quality.
