摘要
目的 观察12年间住院的流行性腮腺炎病例的流行特征、发病特点及并发症发生情况,以期提高医生对本病的认识从而更好地预防和诊治流行性腮腺炎。方法 收集我院2004年1月1日～2015年12月31日散发期及爆发期共6956例住院病例并比较这两个时期患者的年龄、性别、一般情况及并发症。结果 爆发流行期3090例中5～14岁低龄组儿童病例共2294例,占74.24%,散发期3866例中5～14岁儿童病例共2450例,占总病例数的63.37%,爆发流行期更趋于低龄组多发;爆发期神经系统并发症发生率为3.04%,散发期神经系统并发症发生率1.27%,爆发期高于散发期,而且出现永久性耳聋后遗症2例。结论 流行性腮腺炎极少引发死亡,爆发流行仍时有发生,建议腮腺炎疫苗2次接种纳入儿童免疫规划,以改变目前流行危害,亦重视少见耳聋后遗症的损伤。
Objective To observe the epidemiological characteristics, morbidity and complications of mumps in the pa- tients hospitalized for 12 years, so as to improve the understanding of the disease and achieve better prevention and treatment of mumps. Methods 6956 hospitalized patients who were admitted to Benxi Sixth People＇s Hospital from Jan- uary 1, 2004 to December 31, 2015 during sporadic and fulminant periods were collected. Patients＂ age, sex, general condition and complication were compared. Results Among the 3090 cases in the fluminant period, 2294 cases were the children aged 5-14 years old in the younger age group, accounting for 74.24%. There were 2450 cases of children aged 5-14 years old in 3866 cases in sporadic period, accounting for 63.37% of the total cases. The disease was more prevalent in the younger age group in the fluminant period; the incidence of nervous system complications in the flumi- nant period was 3.04%, and the incidence of nervous system complications in the sporadic period was 1.27%, with the fluminant period higher than the sporadic period. There were 2 patients who showed permanent loss of hearing. Con- clusion Mumps rarely cause death, but it occasionally occurs during fluminant epidemics. Two inoculations of mumps vaccine are suggested to be included in the children immunization program, so as to change the current epidemic haz- ards, and also attach importance to the rare sequela of loss of hearing.
