摘要
以毕节职业技术学院食品检测专业学生职业能力培养为对象,通过探讨高职食品检测专业学生职业能力培养实施过程的管理及保障措施,达到培养职业能力的目的。
Taking students＇ professional ability training of food inspection major in Bijie Vocational and Technical College as the object of this study. The process management and supporting measures of students＇ professional ability training of food inspection major in vocational colleges are discussed.
