摘要
SAP公司是全球最大的企业管理软件及协同商务解决方案供应商,世界500强80%以上的企业使用了SAP ERP解决方案,国内越来越多的企业纷纷选择了SAP。那么如何将这款ERP软件成功运用到国内企业中呢?本文结合国内企业特点,在其他学者研究基础上总结了SAP系统在国内成功实施的关键因素模型,包括人员因素、产品应用因素、实施管理因素。国内公司在实施SAP时,可以参考这个模型以降低风险、提高实施的成功率。
SAP is the largest provider of enterprise management software and collaborative business solutions in the world.More than 80% of the world′s ＂strongest＂ 500 companies use the SAP ERP solutions,and more and more domestic enterprises have chosen the SAP as their ERP system as well.However,one key question is how this global ERP software can be used successfully in the domestic enterprises.In this paper,a key factor model of successful SAP implementation case is summarized according to domestic enterprise features and other scholars＇ studies,including human factors,product factors,and implementation management factors.The Domestic Company could refer to this model to reduce the risk and to improve the success rate during the SAP implementation process.
