老年人持续伸膝疲劳时的股四头肌做功特征研究

摘要 目的:研究老年人持续伸膝疲劳时的股四头肌做功特征。方法:研究选择了32位受试者,分为经常锻炼老年人组与不常锻炼老年人组;实验采用等速肌力测试系统进行测试。受试者以角速度60°/s完成最大30次的伸膝动作。3天后,以角速度180°/s完成最大50次的伸膝动作,测量各组受试者做功特征。结果:60°/s慢速测试时,经常锻炼的老年人股四头肌收缩的总功显著高于不常锻炼老年人。这与他们的大腿去脂体积有较大差异;180°/s快速测试时,对经常锻炼的女性老年人股四头肌劣势侧做功改善效果更加显著。结论:运动对老年人骨骼肌做功能力改善非常显著,运动对常锻炼女性老年人的两侧下肢肌力更加均衡,可以更加有效地降低跌倒等意外情况的发生。 Objective : to study knee extensor muscle tired and work characteristics of femoral quadriceps in the elderly. Methods: selected 32 people, and divided them into 2 Groups: often exercise elderly group, not often exercise elderly group, the experiment was tested using the isokinetic muscle testing system at 60 °/s angular ve- locity/s complete and maximum stretch knee test 30 times, 3 days later, the subjects accomplished at 180 °/s angular velocity/s complete and maximum stretch knee test 50 times, work characteristics .measuring. Results : to test the 60 °/ s, the often exercise group femoral quadriceps contraction of total energy is significantly higher than not often group the significant difference in the volume of fat-removed thigh muscles; to test the 60 ° / s, the quadriceps muscle of the often exercise group to improve the effect is more significant in disadvantage side. Conclusion:Exercise improve skeletal muscle work capability is very significant for the elderly, exercise on both sides of the lower limb muscle strength exercise older women often more balanced, can more effectively reduce the falling accident.
