摘要
加强信息化战争条件下联合训练,是战争形态和作战方式变革的必然要求。本文从完善内容体系、探索组训模式、配套训练保障三个方面创新联合作战训练方法,打破传统训练方式的桎梏,坚持任务牵引,坚持扬弃并举,通过转变训练思维,提升训练方法的质量和层次。
It is a must to promote the joint training in the context of informationized warfare,concerning the reality that the＆nbsp;pattern and mode of warfighting have evolved tremendously.The paper,concentrating on perfecting structural system,exploring training models,and pairing training with support,aims to innovate training method of joint operation,so as to break the limitation of traditional training,insist on the principle of task-orientated and critical assimilation,renew the training thinking,and boost the quality and level of training method.
