摘要
目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定蔬菜中16种稀土元素含量的方法。了解福州市售蔬菜中稀土元素的含量及组成特征。方法采用ICP-MS法,CCT碰撞池模式对国家标准参考物质圆白菜(编号:GBW10014GSB-5)中16种稀土元素分析测定,其测定结果在标准样本参考值的置信区间。从福州市区四个农贸市场和超市中随机采集81份蔬菜样本,以铑(Rh)、铼(Re)为内标,测定样本中16种稀土元素含量。结果 16种稀土元素混合标准溶液在相应范围内(0-50g/L)具有良好的线性(r〉0.999),精密度高(RSD〈8%,n=6),各元素加标回收率在92%-108%。测定结果显示,福州市售蔬菜中稀土总量、轻稀土、重稀土含量分别为0.102mg/kg、0.083 9mg/kg、0.018 6mg/kg,组成特征以轻稀土元素为主,铈含量最高,其次为镧、钕,重稀土以钇含量最高。按可食部分类,叶菜的稀土含量远高于瓜果和根茎,蔬菜中稀土氧化物总量合格率为93.8%。结论 ICP-MS法是蔬菜中稀土元素含量测定的可行方法。应用该方法检测市售蔬菜,其稀土残留状况较为乐观,绝大部分蔬菜的稀土含量均低于国家限量标准。
Objective To measure the 16 rare earth elements in vegetables on markets by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods 16 rare earth elements in cabbage which was a national standard reference material(No.GBW10014GSB-5)were measured by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)under CCT mode and all values were in the confidence interval of reference values of the standard sample.81 vegetable samples were randomly collected from 4markets or supermarkets in Fuzhou city and 16 rare earth elements were measured using Rh and Re as internal control. Results A standard solution mixed with 16 rare earth elements had nice linearity(0-50μg/L),high precision(RSD8%,n=6),and the recovery rate of each element was in the range of 92%-108%.The result showed that contents of rare earth elements,light rare earth elements and heavy rare earth elements in vegetable in Fuzhou were 0.102,0.083 9and 0.018 6mg/kg,respectively.Light rare earth elements were predominant with the highest content of Ce followed by La and Nd,Y was the highest among heavy rare earth elements.The content of rare earth elements was higher in leafy vegetables than in fruits and root vegetables.93.8% of vegetables had reasonable amount of oxide in rare earth. Conclusions ICP-MS method can be used in the measurement of rare earth elements in vegetables.The contents of rare earth elements measured by ICP-MS in majority of vegetables in Fuzhou are lower than national standard limit.
