摘要
"新生代"农民工已成为建设行业的主力军,按照国家职业标准的要求构建起以图纸识读、翻样备料、构件制作为核心能力,适合"新生代"农民工特点的能力培养体系,逐步实现技工人才的市场化培养、多元化投入、规范化管理,才能推动新生代农民工职业能力培养工作的顺利开展,并充分发挥建设类职业院校服务社会的功能。
＂New generation＂ migrant workers have become the main force in the construction industry, in accordance with the requirements of the national occupational standards set up by drawing recognition, sample preparation, component production as the core ability, suitable for ＂new generation＂ characteristics of migrant workers training system, the progressive realization of technical personnel, field training, diversified investment, standardized management, in order to promote the new generation of migrant workers vocational ability training work smoothly, and give full play to the function of Construction Vocational Colleges and society.
