基于多指标正交试验的温拌橡胶沥青制备工艺优化 被引量:8

Optimization of Preparation Technology for Rubberized Warm Asphalt by Multi-index Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 通过正交试验的方法,以抗车辙因子、劲度模量、劲度模量变化率、复数模量指数及回弹恢复系数作为评价指标,采用综合加权评分法处理数据,对温拌橡胶沥青制备工艺中胶粉掺量、温拌剂掺量、搅拌温度及搅拌时间等4个因素进行研究,以优化温拌橡胶沥青的制备工艺。试验结果表明:胶粉掺量对温拌橡胶沥青性能有显著影响,最佳制备工艺为胶粉掺量23%、温拌剂掺量3%、搅拌温度180℃、搅拌时间45min。优化后的制备工艺稳定可靠,可为温拌橡胶沥青混凝土路面设计提供参考。 Through orthogonal test, the rutting factor, stiffness modulus, change rate of stiffness modulus, complex modulus index, and elastic recovery coefficient as evaluation index, and the data is processed by the compound weight method in order to detect four factors, including rubber powder dosage, warm mix additives dosage, stirring temperature and stirring time, and the preparation technology of rubberized warm asphalt is optimized. The results show that rubber powder dosage can make significant impact, and the optimal preparation technology is with 23; rubber powder dosage, 3% warm mix additives dosage, stirring temperature of 180℃, and 45 minutes stirring time. The optimized method is stable and reliable, and can provide reference for rubberized warm asphalt pavement design.
