摘要
目的：探讨三级甲等医院ICU护士工作沉浸体验与专业自我概念的关系，为护理管理者对ICU护士进行沉浸干预提供参考意见。方法对387名ICU护士应用？中文版沉浸体验量表？和？护理专业自我概念量表？进行测试。结果沉浸体验和专业自我概念分值为（4.01±0.45）分和（2.89±0.48）分，沉浸体验和专业自我概念呈正相关，以沉浸体验9个维度为自变量，专业自我概念为应变量，沉浸体验5个维度能预测专业自我概念。结论三级甲等医院ICU护士工作沉浸体验程度较高，专业自我概念大部分为积极；工作沉浸体验能预测专业自我概念，护理管理者应对ICU护士进行沉浸干预以提高其专业自我概念积极性。
Objective To explore the relationship between work immersed experience and professional self-concept of ICU nurses in grade A tertiary hospitals, and to provide reference of immersion intervention for nursing managers. Methods Totally 387 ICU nurses were investigated with Chinese version of immersion experience scale and the nursing professional self-concept scale. Results The immersion experience score was （4.01±0.45）;the professional self-concept score was （2.89±0.48）;the immersion experience and professional self-concept were positively correlated. 9 dimensions of the immersion experience were regarded as the independent variable, professional self-concept as the dependent variable, and 5 dimensions of immersion experience can predict professional self-concept. Conclusions ICU nurse′s work immersed experience was higher, most of their professional self-concept was positive; work immersed experience can predict professional self-concept; nursing administrators should take immersion interventions of ICU nurses to improve their professional self-concept.
