摘要
为综合评价公路运输的节能效率,通常需要引入换算周转量,而随着公路旅客运输服务水平的不断提高,原换算系数不能充分体现日益多样化的服务.本文通过假定客货车满载在相同外界环境条件、道路运输条件和驾驶员驾驶水平等情况下,消耗相同燃油量客车产出的旅客周转量与货车产出的货物周转量相同,得出公路运输旅客周转量的换算系数.通过实例计算,得出1 t·km=7.1人·km,为确定合理的公路运输旅客周转量的换算系数提供了一种新的方法.
The conversion factor is needed when evaluating highway energy saving efficiency comprehensively. With the development of highway passenger transport,the conversion factor we used couldn't reflect the diversified services. Assume that the passenger turnover equals to the cargo turnover,when the full loaded cars use equivalent fuel on the same driving condition. The given example shows that7. 1 passenger-km equals to 1 ton-km. This paper provides a new method to determinate a reasonable conversion factor in the perspective of energy.
