摘要
岩溶堤坝的防渗加固工程中存在岩溶充填物难以结石,注浆易漏浆串浆导致耗浆量大,注浆过程难控制等技术难题,研究提出"稀浆脉动劈裂、膏浆脉动压密"新工法,技术之一是采用稀浆脉动劈裂灌注岩溶充填物以及溶洞周围岩土体,形成树枝状浆脉框架,达到提高防渗体稳定性的目的,技术之二是采用膏浆脉动高压压密岩溶充填物,实现了岩溶充填物的压滤结石,使岩溶防渗体的整体防渗性能得到较均匀有效提高。在湖南某岩溶堤坝岩溶发育区进行现场应用试验,表明该工法完全可行,且较大地节省成本,提高了工效,可在岩溶堤坝防渗加固工程中推广应用。
The karst dam seepage prevention and reinforcement engineering exist karst filling material to stone, leakage grouting slurry on slurry lead paste consumption big, grouting process is difficult to control and other technical problems, this paper puts forward a new "slurry pulse splitting, paste pressure pulsation secret" new method and technology of is the slurry pulse splitting perfusion filling material in karst caves and cave surrounding rock and soil, the fotmation of dendritic slurry vein framework, so as to improve the stability of seepage prevention body, technology is using paste pulsating high pressure compaction of filling material in karst caves, realized the filter pressing stones of karst filling material, get a uniform effective improve the karst seepage prevention body overall anti-seepage performance. In Hunan in a karst darn seepage reinforcement engineering applications and show that the method is entirely feasible, and more cost savings, improve work efficiency, can be applied in the karst seepage prevention and reinforcement engineering.
