摘要
目的:观察活血安神汤联合艾司唑仑片治疗海洛因依赖脱毒后失眠的临床疗效。方法:将75例海洛因依赖患者行美沙酮递减脱毒治疗后,随机分为中西医结合组27例,中药组25例和西药组23例。中西医结合组给予活血安神汤联合艾司唑仑片口服,中药组只给予活血安神汤,西药组仅口服艾司唑仑治疗。观察三组患者治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)减分情况,比较三组患者的临床疗效。结果:中药组有效率为60.00%,西药组有效率为65.22%,中西医结合组有效率为85.19%,中西医结合组与其他两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组与西药组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗后SAS及SDS积分均低于治疗前,且中西医结合组优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血安神汤联合艾司唑仑片治疗海洛因依赖脱毒后失眠疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Anshen Decoction （ HXASD ） in combination with estazolam on insomnia of heroin dependence after stopping taking drugs. Methods ：Seventy-five patients with insomnia of heroin dependence after stopping taking methadone with progressive decrease, and then randomly divided into the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine with 27 cases, the TCM group with 25 cases, and the Western medicine group with 23 cases, The ones in the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were treated with HXASD in combination with estazolam for oral administration, while the ones in the TCM group were treated only with HXASD, the ones in the Western medicine group were treated only with estazolam. The three groups＇ reduction conditions by using self rating scale （SAS） and self rating Depression Scale （SDS） were observed, and their clinical efficacies were compared. Results： The effective rate of the TCM group was 60. 05% ,while that of the Western medicine group was 65.22% ,that of the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was 85.19% ;And the difference between the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the oth- er two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 O. 05）. But the difference between the TCM group and the Western medicine group had no statistical signifieance （P 〉0.05）. After the treatment,the three groups＇ SAS and SDS scores were all lower than those before the treatment; The group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was better than the other two groups ; And the difference between the group of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine and the other two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：HXASD in combination with estazolam has a remarkable clinical curative effect on insomnia of heroin dependence after stopping taking drugs.
