摘要
目的:观察中药贴敷神阙穴治疗脾胃气虚型慢性非萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将本院2014年10月—2015年12月收治的80例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用常规口服药物治疗,观察组采用中药贴敷神阙穴治疗,比较两组患者证候疗效指数,胃镜下胃黏膜病变的改善等级、总积分改善程度。结果:两组患者证候疗效比较,对照组有效率为87.5%,观察组有效率为95.0%,差异有统计学意义;两组患者内镜下胃黏膜疗效比较,对照组有效率为85.0%,观察组有效率为92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴敷神阙穴治疗脾胃气虚型慢性非萎缩性胃炎疗效肯定。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM piaster therapy on Shenque （ CV 8 ） on chronic non-atrophic gastritis of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. Methods ： Eighty patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who were treated in our hospital between Oct. of 2012 and Oct. of 2013 were chosen as the research objects, and randomly divided into the control group anti the observation group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine medicine tor oral administration, while the ones in the observation group were treated with TCM plaster therapy on Shenque （ CV 8 ）. Then the two groups＇ syndrome curative effect indexes,improved grades of gastric mucosal lesion under endoscopy, and total integral improvement degrees were compared. Results：In terms of comparing the two groups＇ syndrome curative effects, the effective rate of the control group was 87.5%. while that of the observation group was 95.0% ;In terms of companng the two groups＇ improved grades of gastric mueosal lesion under endoscopy, the effective rate of the control group was 85.0%, while that of the observation group was 92.5%. The differences of the above indexes between the two groups all had statistical significance （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： TCM plaster therapy on Shenque （ CV 8 ） has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic non-atrophic gastritis of qi deficien- cy of spleen and stomach.
