摘要
目的:观察葛根汤加减配合五步手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将2015年7月—2016年1月就诊于本院的132例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各66例。对照组给予葛根汤加减,观察组在对照组治疗基础上根据患者患病部位给予相应五步手法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、相关功能评分、机体疼痛评分等相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为86.36%,对照组有效率为68.18%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者相关功能评分和机体疼痛评分较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根汤加减配合五步手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Modifed Pueraria Decoction in combination with five-step manipulation on cervical spondy/osis of nerve root type. Methods：One hundred and thirty-two patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type who were treated in our hospital between July of 2015 and jan. of 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 66 cases in each group. The ones in the eontrol group were treated with Modified Pueraria Decoction,while the ones in the observation group group were added five-step manipulation according to the patient＇s location. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects, the related function scores, body pain scores were com- pared. Resuhs：The effective rate of the observation group was 86.36% , while that of the control group was 68. 18% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （P〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the two groups＇ related tunction scores,body pain scores were significantly improved than belbre the treatment;And the observation group was better than the control group,the difference between them was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Pueraria Decoction in combination with five-step manipulation has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
