摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革进程的不断深化,中医药事业的不断发展,如何科学、系统、准确地促进我国中医医院健康快速的发展,满足不同人群的健康需求,是现代中医院所面临的崭新课题。本文采用SWOT分析法,对我国中医医院所处的优势、劣势,所面临的机会、威胁进行全面分析,并制订了符合我国中医医院发展的战略方案选择,希望能对中医医院又好又快发展、维护人民群众健康、促进社会和谐提供新的思路。
Currently, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） industry has been continuously improved with the medical and health system reforming and completing. But the new issue faced is how scientifically, systematically, accurately promote the modern Chinese medicine hospitals system to meet the health needs of different groups. To further enhance the development of Chinese medicine hospitals, safeguard people＇s health, promote social harmony, SWOT analysis is used in this paper to comprehensively analyze Chinese medicine hospitals, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and develop the strategic programs.
