摘要
目的探讨众生丸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果。方法选择2015年3月~2016年1月广东省中山市东升医院口腔科收治的复发性口腔溃疡患者100例,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组50例。观察组采用大蒜素胶囊（口服,40 mg/次,3次/d）联合众生丸（口服,6丸/次,3次/d）治疗,连续服用5 d,对照组单纯采用大蒜素胶囊治疗。比较分析两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平、疼痛程度以及疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者T细胞亚群（CD3、CD4、CD8以及CD4/CD8）水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后,两组患者T细胞亚群水平均较治疗前显著改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察组治疗后T细胞亚群水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛情况均较治疗前显著减轻（P〈0.05）,且观察组的疼痛改善情况要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论大蒜素联合众生丸治疗复发性口腔溃疡效果显著,可以在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Zhongsheng Pills in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods One hundred cases of recurrent oral ulcer admitted to Department of Stomatology, Dongsheng Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given Garlicin Capsules（orally, once 40 mg, 3 times/d）combined with Zhongsheng Pills（orally, once 6 pills, 3 times/d） for treatment, continued for 5 days. The control group was only given Garlicin Capsules. The levels of T lymphocyte subsets, pain degree before and after treatment and effects in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences of T lymphocyte subsets（CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8） between the two groups（P〉0.05）, after treatment, the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups were all improved compared with those before treatment, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in the observation group were better than those of control group, the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the pain degrees in both groups were all significantly reduced compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the improvement of pain degree in the observation group was better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%, which of control group was 80.0%, there was a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Garlicin Capsules combined with Zhongsheng Pills in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has an obvious effect, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
