摘要
李发枝教授长期从事艾滋病临床诊治,临床经验丰富。文章从病因、病机和治法等3个方面介绍了李发枝教授对艾滋病痿证的认识和治则,即艾滋病痿证以脾气虚为基础,以湿盛为直接的成因,以健脾益气、清热利湿为治则,并附两则医案予以说明以清燥汤为底方治疗艾滋病痿证经验。
Professor LI Fa-zhi had been engaged in clinical diagnosis and treatment of HIV/AIDS for a long time, with rich clinical experience. This paper introduced the understanding and treating of flaccidity syndrome with HIV/AIDS by Professor LI Fa-zhi from cause of disease, pathogenesis and therapy. Professor LI thought that the pathogenesis of flaccidity syndrome with HIV/AIDS was based on deficiency of spleen qi, excess of dampness pathogen. The rules of treatment were invigorating spleen for benefiting qi and clearing heat and promoting diuresis. Also there were two cases to introduce the experience of using Qingzao Decoction in the treatment of flacciditysyndrome with HIV/AIDS.
