肉牛不同饲养阶段血清Ca、P水平及调节相关的酶、激素含量变化分析 被引量:1

Changes of Ca and P Levels in Serum and Their Regulating Effects on the Content Changes of Related Enzymes and Hormones of Beef Cattle at Different Feeding Stages

摘要 为探讨肉牛不同饲养阶段血清中Ca、P水平变化以及与其调节相关的酶、激素含量变化分析,试验选取石河子某集约化牛场不同生产阶段的安格斯肉牛40头,分析不同生产阶段的肉牛血清Ca、P水平及血清碱性磷酸酶、羟脯氨酸酶、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素的变化情况;结果显示:不同生产阶段的肉牛血清磷、碱性磷酸酶、羟脯氨酸、降钙素含量差异不显著(P>0.05),肉牛围产期阶段血清钙、甲状旁腺激素含量与其他生产阶段肉牛比较差异显著(P<0.05),说明围产期肉牛血清钙偏低,建议改善肉牛围产期饲养日粮中钙水平。 To investigate the changes of Ca and P levels in serum of beef cattle at different feeding stages as well as to analyze their regulating effects on the content changes of related enzymes and hormones. This experiment selected 40 Angus beef cattle at different feeding stages from an intensive beef cattle farm in Shihezi, which will be for the analysis of Ca and P levels in serum of beef cattle at different feeding stages and the changes in serum alkaline phosphatase, oxoprolinase, parathormone and calcitonin. Results demonstrated that no significant differences were detected in P, alkaline phosphatase, oxoprolinase or calcitonin content in serum of beef cattle at different feeding stages (P〉0.05). However, significant differences in Ca and parathormone content in serum of beef cattle at perinatal stage were found when compared with the beef cattle at other feeding stages (P〈0.05), suggesting that a relatively low serum Ca in beef cattle at perinatal stage was found. Therefore, improvement of Ca level in daily feeding diets for beef cattle at perinatal stagewas recommended.
