摘要
高职《快递实务》教学中存在一些不足和问题,而"翻转课堂"有助于回归"以学生为中心",有益于构建新型的师生关系,有利于开展合作学习与混合式学习,有利于践行理实合一与教学做一体化。通过工作岗位调研,行业标准分析,可以实现基于"翻转课堂"的《快递实务》高效课堂教学设计。
As a new instructional strategy , flipped classroom which focuses on students and engages them into class activities can avoid many problems of traditional classroom instruction in vocational college .It is helpful to re-shape the teacher -student relationship , develop cooperative learning and blended learning , and integrate theory with practice .Based on market research and occupation standard , the author redesigned the lecture of Delivery Guide with flipped teaching method and achieved perfect result .
