摘要
选择18.2tex×2棉色线与6个三层"换层"组织配合设计侧面3种花纹交替成波浪效果的产品。选择14.6tex×2棉色线与4个组合的四层"换层"组织设计表面纵、横向4种不同色条、色格重复展示的产品。利用半自动小样机试织,结果表明:三层、四层"换层"色织物所用综框是基础多层组织的倍数。合理的穿综排列可以满足不同风格和宽度的条格图案设计要求。三层"换层"组织织物设计时,层与层之间的交换应在相邻的两层之间进行才能得到波浪的效果。四层"换层"组织织物时,各层的色纱排列不宜太过复杂,循环应尽量小。
18. 2tex×2 colored cotton threads and six types of three-layer "changing layer" weave structure were selected to design the product with 3 patterns which alternate to form wave effect on the side. And 14. 6tex× 2 colored cotton threads and 4 combined four-layer "changing layer" weave structures were used to design the product with four different longitudinal and transverse color bars and repeated color grid. Semi-automatic small sample machine was used to weave. The results show that heald frame of yam-dyed fabric with three-layer and four-layer weave structure is the multiple of multilayer structure. Rational drafting arrangement can meet design requirements of check pattern with different styles and width. During the design of three-layer "changing layer" fabric, dyed yarn exchange between layers should be conducted between two adjacent layers. During the design of four-layer "changing layer" fabric, dyed yam arrangement at each layer should not be too complex, and circulation should be as small as possible.
