摘要
磷矿作为磷元素的主要化工原料,是一种重要的非金属矿资源,其广泛应用于各领域,是国民经济发展不可缺少的原料。文章介绍了国内外磷矿资源分布特点及应用现状,总结了磷矿的选矿方法,主要浮选工艺包括:正浮选、反浮选、正反联合浮选、擦洗脱泥工艺、重选、焙烧消化法和有机酸浸出法等,通过对常用的选别方法对比,总结了磷矿浮选的主要发展和研究方向,为我国磷矿资源的开发利用提供了参考。
Phosphate, as an important non-metallic mineral resource and main chemical raw coal material of phosphorous, is widely used in various sectors, becoming, therefore, a requisite for the development of national economy. Following an introduction to the characteristics of the distribution of phosphate ore resource and the present status of phosphate utilization both at home and abroad, the paper presents a summary of the phosphate processing methods which include, among others, positive flotation, reverse flotation, combined positive and reverse flotation, scrubbing desliming, secondary dressing, roasting digestion and organic acid leaching. Through the comparison of the processing methods commonly used, the paper summarizes the main orientation to which the R ＆ D of phosphate flotation process is directed. This provides a reference for the exploitation and utilization of China＇s phosphate resource.
